Position Function
Cleans clubhouse area and all public areas and reports to the Housekeeper.

Major Duties
1. Clean all areas of the clubhouse, pool and surrounding areas of all other amenities.

2. Make certain that all ashtrays, furniture and public equipment are clean and in the correct place.

3. Restrooms must be cleaned hourly. Check toilet paper supplies, wash basins, soap dispensers and hand dryers.

4. All chairs, tables, desks, glass windows and doors are to be cleaned and shined daily, and returned to proper location if moved.

5. All wall decorations and pictures should be clean and level, and lamps and shades dusted and in working order.

6. Check windows, windowsills and draperies to see that they are clean.

7. Sweep or vacuum all floors and carpets daily. Check the carpeting for spots.

8. Perform related duties as assigned or as necessary.
